In this week’s #WhatsInMyToolBox, I’m sharing an easy recipe for a body scrub I use to help me relax when I’ve had a long day or am feeling a little dull..

All you need to do is combine salt, brown sugar, olive oil, eucalyptus oil, and peppermint oil in a bowl, then scrub, and wash away! The tingly sensation and aroma of the oils will soothe and refresh you, giving you a boost of positivity, while the coarse ingredients will exfoliate the dead skin off your body. I love to use this before I shave my legs because it makes them feel extra silky smooth.
