Living bi-coastal, I’m on airplanes every other week, which can sometimes be a drain. So in this week’s #WhatsInMyToolbox, I share a simple detox bath recipe, which I do after every flight.


  • Combine 2 cups of sea salt, 3/4 cup of baking soda, and 2 table spoons of hydrogen peroxide into a hot filled bath
  • Soak for 15 minutes, maybe enjoy a nice book and have a glass of wine while you’re at it
  • Drain your bath, take a shower, wash your hair, and feel like a new person!
  • Also feel free to add a drop of your favorite essential oil for added relaxation and enjoyment.
